| RETURN POLICY If an item needs to be returned, contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). AromaSpas & replacement parts are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee plus our original shipping cost $175 to $235 (deducted from any refund). AromaSpas & Parts must be returned in original condition--clean, unused & in original packaging. You are responsible for safe return shipping: make sure that your item(s) are adequately packed and insured. |
